Fund mapping
Search outstanding loans by office and product.
Open Fund mapping in Organization (or press Ctrl+K and type "fund mapping"). You need READ_LOAN (or ALL_FUNCTIONS_READ).
This is Fineract GET /search/template and POST /search/advance.
Mandatory body field is entities; Bankayo always sends ["loans"]
because core Fineract only implements the loans query.
This is not Funds (source-of-capital names) and not Financial activity mappings (fund-source GL accounts). The Mifos name is leftover from an outstanding-by-office-and-product search.
What you can do
- Choose a date type and range. Date types are Fineract
SearchLoanDate(approvalDate, createdDate, disbursalDate). The template does not return them. - Optionally restrict status, loan products, and offices.
Products and offices come from
GET /search/template(R8). Status codes are the strings Fineract maps (all, active, overpaid, closed= obligations met, writeoff= written-off).arrearsis omitted — Fineract’s branch does not add a loan status. - Optionally filter the grouped result by share of outstanding
(percent) or outstanding amount, using Fineract’s comparison
operators (
between,<=,>=,<,>,=). - Search lists one row per office and loan product: loan count, outstanding, and that group’s share of expected repayment. Export the last search as CSV or Excel.
Amounts have no currency code. Fineract sums total_outstanding_derived
without one — same idea as ledger amounts on table reports.
