Investors
External asset-owner transfers on loans.
Open Investors in Organization (or press Ctrl+K and type "investors"). You need READ_LOAN (or ALL_FUNCTIONS_READ). Cancel needs CANCEL_ASSET_OWNER_TRANSACTION.
This is Fineract POST /external-asset-owners/search and
POST /external-asset-owners/transfers/{id}?command=cancel. The
resource is gated by fineract.module.investor.enabled (on by
default). If the module is off, Bankayo shows that instead of an empty
list.
This is not a catalog of investors you maintain here. Creating an
owner is POST /external-asset-owners. Selling or buying back a loan
is POST /external-asset-owners/transfers/loans/{loanId}. Those
commands stay on the loan — this screen searches transfers and can
cancel the latest pending or buyback row.
What you can do
- Search by owner, transfer, or loan external ID. Filter
settlement and effective date ranges. Fineract’s request
fields are
submittedFromDate/submittedToDate(applied to settlement date) andeffectiveFromDate/effectiveToDate. - Each row is one transfer: status, owner, loan, settlement, effective from, and outstanding when Fineract returns details. Open a row to see the loan. Export CSV or Excel.
- Cancel transfer (row menu) is offered when status is Pending or Buyback. Fineract refuses any other status and refuses a transfer that is not the latest effective one for that loan.
Status labels are Bankayo copy for Fineract ExternalTransferStatus
(ACTIVE, PENDING, BUYBACK, intermediate variants, DECLINED,
CANCELLED). Unknown values show the Fineract code.
Amounts have no currency code on the search payload.
