Bulk loan reassignment
Move loans from one loan officer to another at the same office.
Open Bulk loan reassignment in Organization (or press Ctrl+K and type "bulk loan reassignment"). You need READ_LOAN to open the screen and BULKREASSIGN_LOAN to submit.
This is Fineract GET/POST /loans/loanreassignment. It is not assigning
an officer on a single loan workspace, and not bulk import
of loan accounts.
What you can do
Pick an office. Fineract then lists loan officers at that office. Pick the from officer to load their client and group loans, then the to officer (everyone except the from officer) and an assignment date.
Select one or more loans and Reassign. Fineract moves each selected loan if the from officer still holds it and the client or group is active. Hard-locked loans are refused by Fineract — Bankayo shows that reason.
Offices and officers come from the reassignment template, not a frozen staff list.
