Signing in

Self Help starts with your organization, then the username and password from your SACCO administrator.

Pick your SACCO

1. Open the Self Help app (or the web URL your SACCO shared).
2. Search for your SACCO by name (type at least two characters).
3. Select it from the results.

Only SACCOs registered with Bankayo appear in search. If you cannot find yours (and the spelling is correct), the SACCO is not onboarded yet. Ask them to reach out to Bankayo — we welcome organizations that want Self Help for their members.

Sign in

1. Enter the username from your SACCO administrator (not necessarily your phone number).
2. Enter your password (also from your SACCO administrator).
3. Optionally turn on Remember me on a personal device.
4. Tap Sign in.

After a successful sign-in you land on Home.

Need help signing in?

• No credentials yet — ask your SACCO administrator for Self Help username and password.
• Forgot password — ask SACCO staff to reset it in the operator workspace.
• Wrong SACCO — go back and pick the correct organization before signing in.
• Locked out — staff can unlock or reset your Self Help user.
