Balance sheet
As-of assets, liabilities, and equity with year-over-year columns and a printable PDF.
Open Balance sheet from the sidebar, press Ctrl+K, or click Balance Sheet Table in the reports catalog. You need report-reading permission. The screen looks up the published table report named Balance Sheet Table. If that report is missing or not in use, the page stays empty instead of failing.
Parameters
Set parameters opens a docked sidebar.
- As of — the statement date.
- Office (and any other stretchy fields the report defines) come from the banking service.
Run sends that as-of date to Fineract. Comparison columns are extra runs of the same report for the same date one year earlier and two years earlier. If the report has no date parameter, Bankayo runs it once.
Amounts are ledger figures with no currency code: grouped digits and parentheses for negatives.
Layout
Rows are grouped as Assets, Liability, and Equity, with a section total for each.
Retained Earnings (code 3XXX) is a presentation plug so Assets minus
Liabilities minus Equity closes. It is not a general-ledger posting and does
not change the books. A note under the table repeats that.
Download PDF re-runs the report with the same parameters and prints the same columns, including the retained-earnings footnote.
Trial Balance stays on the generic catalog runner. It has no dedicated screen.
